Jess is an early-career creative exploring the arts industry through writing, performance, and education. Since graduating in September 2024, she has continued to develop both personally and professionally, expanding her creative practice across multiple disciplines.

She was part of Nottingham Playhouse’s Homegrown Creative Collective, where she has focused on developing her scriptwriting. Her script Perfect Pint was shortlisted for the Nottingham Young Creatives Award 2025; with hopes to submit new script Silent Tsunami for the Awards in 2026.

Alongside this, Jess works as an Early Stages Teaching Assistant, supporting children aged four to six in building confidence through performance by developing their singing, acting, and movement skills, and commissioning original scripts tailored to their learning.
